Having spent his career scaling tech companies as an executive, he realized what truly fueled his soul was the untamed sense of freedom and the thrill of the open road. Together with his wife, Melanie, York took that passion and channeled it into Iron & Velvet, a brand built to inspire bold living and unshakable independence.
Two years ago, the Baurs planted roots in Leavenworth, WA, a place that further inspired their vision. With Iron & Velvet's flagship store in the heart of this vibrant community, they’ve found the perfect home to share their story and their mission. Life is too short for limits.
