We ship fast because we know waiting sucks.
Shipping Method
All orders ship via UPS Ground (4-day delivery) within the continental United States.
Processing Time
Orders take approximately 5 business days to process, then get shipped out. During busy seasons (holidays, launches, whenever everyone suddenly needs a new hoodie), processing might take an extra day or two. We'll keep you updated.
Delivery Time
UPS Ground is typically 4 business days from ship date. That means standard business days—weekends and holidays don't count.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Keep an eye on it. Watch that package make its way to you.
Shipping Address
Double-check your address before you hit submit. We ship to the address you provide. If it's wrong, that's on you. We can't change the address once the order ships.
We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO), but delivery times may vary.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once UPS confirms delivery, the package is your responsibility. We're not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors, building management, or anyone who might have grabbed it. File a claim with UPS if needed.
Damaged Packages
Inspect your package when it arrives. If it's visibly damaged, note it with the driver or refuse delivery. Contact us immediately with photos so we can help.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International rebels, we hear you—we're working on it.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order total. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time—sign up for our email list to stay in the loop.
