Who We Are

Iron & Velvet is a lifestyle and retail brand based in Leavenworth, Washington. We sell premium apparel inspired by freedom, rebellion, and the raw spirit of living on your own terms.

Who Can Shop Here

You need to be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you're under 18, get a parent or guardian to place the order.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are in USD

  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout

  • Payment is processed when you place your order

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (fraud, pricing errors, product availability, etc.)

Product Descriptions

We do our best to accurately describe our products and show true-to-life colors. But screens vary, and sometimes what you see isn't exactly what you get. Colors may appear slightly different in person.

Availability

Products are subject to availability. If something's out of stock after you order, we'll notify you and issue a full refund.

Shipping

We ship via UPS Ground (4-day delivery). See our Shipping Policy for full details. You're responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If your package gets lost because you gave us the wrong address, that's on you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear. If something's not right, check our Return Policy.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site—logos, graphics, designs, copy, photos—belongs to Iron & Velvet. Don't steal our stuff. Don't reproduce, distribute, or modify anything without written permission.

Our product designs are our creative property. Wear them loud. Share photos. Tag us. But don't bootleg our designs or resell our products as your own.

Limitation of Liability

We're confident in our products, but we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. We're talking maximum liability here equal to the amount you paid for your order.

We're not responsible for:

  • How you choose to wear or use our products

  • Injuries or damages resulting from misuse

  • Third-party websites we link to

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chelan County, Washington.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the new terms.
